Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Seedances (seedances.ai). By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

Credit-based billing

Seedances uses credits for AI video and image generation. The estimated credit cost is shown before you confirm each generation.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a system or provider error (not due to your prompt being blocked for policy reasons), credits are refunded automatically to your account. You are not charged for jobs that do not complete successfully.

Credits consumed for successfully completed outputs are non-refundable.

Prompt rejected by moderation

If your prompt or request is rejected by our content moderation or safety systems, no credits are charged for that attempt.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in the current period unless required by law.

Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes follow the rules shown at checkout and in your account billing settings.

One-time credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and do not require cancellation. Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase; see your account or pricing page for details.

Payment disputes

If you believe you were charged in error:

  1. Check your generation history and credit balance in your account.
  2. Contact us at support@seedances.ai with your account email, order or subscription ID, and a brief description.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Accounts with abusive chargeback activity may be suspended.

Policy violations

No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
