By accessing or using Seedances (seedances.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Seedances is an independent AI creation platform that provides access to third-party models for video and image generation. Through our studios, you can:

• Generate videos from text, images, or reference inputs (e.g., Seedance models).
• Generate or edit images from text or reference images (e.g., Seedream, Nano Banana, GPT Image 2).

Seedances is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, Google, OpenAI, or other model providers. Model names mentioned on our site refer to integrations available through our platform, not our brand identity.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Generate or request NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
• Create face-swap, deepfake, or non-consensual imagery or video of real people.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass content moderation or safety controls.
• Promote "uncensored", "unfiltered", or "18+" generation through our platform.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Failed generations due to system errors are refunded automatically in credits where applicable.
• Subscriptions may be canceled from your account billing settings.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain rights to prompts and outputs you create, subject to applicable law and third-party model terms. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

Third-Party Models and Outputs

AI outputs are generated by third-party providers. We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
