Question 1

Do I need an account to use the generator?

Accepted Answer

You can explore the generator without signing in — pick a model, write a prompt, and adjust settings. To generate video or upload files, sign in. Creating an account does not include free generations. A login modal appears when you click Generate or upload.

Question 2

Which Seedance models can I use?

Accepted Answer

The generator includes Seedance 2.0, 2.0 Fast, 2.0 Mini, and 1.5 Pro. Each model differs in speed, max resolution, supported modes, and credit cost. Switch models in the dropdown to compare — duration, resolution, and prompt limits update automatically.

Question 3

What are text, image, and reference modes?

Accepted Answer

Text-to-video starts from a prompt alone. Image-to-video animates one or more still frames. Reference-to-video combines multiple images plus optional video and audio references to lock character look, product styling, or brand tone. Reference mode uses a shorter prompt limit — focus on motion and scene direction.

Question 4

How are credits charged?

Accepted Answer

Each generation consumes credits based on model, output duration, and resolution. The generator shows an estimated total before you confirm. Failed jobs refund automatically. View plans on the Pricing page or check your balance in the generator header after sign-in.

Question 5

Why does upload ask me to sign in?

Accepted Answer

Reference images, video clips, and audio files upload to your account storage. Sign in once through the modal, then uploads and generation proceed on the same page. Supported formats include common image types, MP4/MOV video, and MP3/WAV audio within size limits shown in the uploader.

Question 6

Where do my videos go after generation?

Accepted Answer

Completed clips appear in the generator preview and task strip. Every job is also saved to Generation History — open History from the generator header or user menu to search, filter by status, and re-open past outputs.

Question 7

Any tips for better prompts?

Accepted Answer

Be specific about subject, camera move, lighting, and mood. One clear action beats a long list of adjectives. Put spoken dialogue in "quotes" for lip-sync on models that support audio. Draft at 480p or 720p, then re-run at higher resolution once motion looks right.
